Delivery

We try to dispatch all orders placed All 'In Stock' orders that are received by Lure Heaven before 12.00am GMT, placed online or ordered by telephone will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 1.00pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked 48: £3.59 Normally takes 2 to 3 days but this is not guaranteed
Large items: (Rods, Nets, etc), by courier £9.45

European orders are Vat free as the UK is not part of the EU.
Please remember there may be import charges to pay when your order is delivered.

Delivery charges for Europe are calculated by weight at the checkout.

Royal Mail International- Standard. Please note! This service can not be tracked and is only insured for £20.00. Normally delivered within 10 days but can take up to 21 days to arrive.

Missing or damaged goods:

You must inform us within 14 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
