Making A Purchase
Making a purchase at Lure Heaven could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If your are placing a internationall order please use Paypal.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Any orders received after 1.00pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.
You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

At lure Heaven our aim is your total satisfaction. To this end we endeavor to check that all items are correct before despatch. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the order we will try and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. If an item is found to be defective upon receipt we will replace it at our expense as soon as we receive the faulty item back. To arrange this just contact us within two working days of receipt. b) Most manufacturers will NOT replace a rod which has been used just because it has a damaged ring so please make sure to check all rod rings before first using the rod and report any problems to us within two working
